Privacy Policy

Effective date: 5 October 2026. This policy explains how Nakajima Tatemono handles enquiries and optional website analytics. Analytics permission is separate from using the website or asking for housing advice.

1. Operator and contact

The operator’s legal name, address and representative are shown below. Contact us through the consultation page, normally by LINE; email is available if LINE cannot be used. Please identify your request as a privacy enquiry. This website has no customer accounts or document upload form.

2. Information supplied in enquiries

If you contact us, we receive the contact details, housing preferences and message content you choose to provide through LINE or email. We use these to reply, suggest suitable properties, arrange viewings, and carry out steps you request before a transaction. Information needed for applications or contracts will be requested separately, with its purpose and recipient explained. Do not send passport, residence card, bank account or other sensitive documents until a suitable submission method has been agreed.

3. Optional analytics and its purpose

When analytics is enabled, we ask for permission before loading the Google Analytics tag, sending measurement data or creating analytics cookies. We use aggregate reports to compare interest in properties, understand which sections are viewed, assess engagement and use of consultation links, and improve content. This implementation disables advertising consent, Google Signals and advertising personalization. We do not send customer identities or enquiry messages to Google Analytics.

4. What analytics records

After permission, Google Analytics 4 receives page views, device/browser information, engagement and event information. Our custom events contain the page path without query strings or fragments, the page type, stable section or consultation-control IDs, and coarse scroll-depth milestones. Referrer values are limited to a site origin or a same-site path without query strings. We do not send typed content, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, enquiry messages, mouse movements, recordings or precise click coordinates as measurement parameters. Google processes connection information as described in its current privacy and Analytics policies. Analytics cookies use pseudonymous identifiers; these records are not represented as fully anonymous.

5. Your choice and device storage

Declining analytics leaves all public website functions available. Open “Cookie settings” near the footer to permit or withdraw measurement. The choice expires after 180 days in browser local storage. With permission, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies configured with a 180-day lifetime. Session storage is used to suppress repeated section events during a browsing session; it contains section IDs, not enquiry content. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control stops measurement. Withdrawal stops our future event sending and removes this site’s accessible analytics cookies and session state; it does not automatically delete data already received by Google. Clearing browser storage resets the choice. A former permission for the retired analytics service does not authorize Google Analytics: we ask again.

6. Recipients and international processing

We do not sell enquiry or analytics information. We may entrust necessary processing to service providers, and disclose transaction information to a property owner, management company or other relevant recipient when needed for the requested service, with consent or another lawful basis as applicable. Disclosure may also occur where required or permitted by law. Cloudflare provides website and media hosting. Google provides optional Analytics collection and aggregate reporting. These providers may process information outside Japan under their published policies and applicable contracts. LINE and email providers process messages under their own terms. Before a transfer requiring consent or additional information under applicable law, we will provide the required recipient and overseas-processing information. Customer messages are not sent to the Groq tool used to translate website content.

7. Retention and removal

Google Analytics retention follows the property’s configured data-retention controls and Google’s policies. Aggregate reports and user-level/event-level data may have different retention rules. The administration application caches aggregate reports locally; it does not copy individual event histories. Cache freshness is configurable independently for recent and historical periods. Enquiry and transaction information is retained only as needed for the stated service, relevant legal record-keeping or handling a dispute, and is then deleted or made non-identifying. Device storage and independent LINE/email provider storage have separate retention rules. Contact the operator for the currently applied retention settings.

8. Protection and service delivery logs

Analytics reports require Google authorization and permission to read the selected GA4 property. Authentication keys are protected for the local Windows user and excluded from public files, SQLite content and content backups. The administration application runs locally and obtains aggregate reports directly from the Google Data API over HTTPS. Hosting, network and message providers necessarily receive connection information to deliver and secure their services under their own policies. Refusing analytics does not stop this essential delivery processing. Staff access to these accounts should be limited to those who need it.

9. Requests, complaints and applicable rights

Contact the operator to ask about information we hold, its purpose, disclosure, correction, deletion, withdrawal or restriction of use, or to make a complaint. We will verify your identity using a proportionate method and respond as required by the law applicable to the request. We will explain any lawful limit, inability to identify a record, or fee in advance. Random analytics identifiers are not linked to enquiry contact details, so we may be unable to locate your browsing records after the local identifier has been removed. You retain any mandatory rights and rights to complain to a competent data protection authority.

10. Updates

We publish revisions and their effective date on this page. A material change to optional measurement that requires new permission will not be applied to earlier permission without obtaining the necessary renewed choice. This policy does not waive statutory rights.
